
Pırasa Çorbası – Güzel Yaşayın
Ingredients:
- 500 grams of leek
- 2 potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 liter of chicken stock or meat broth
- 1/2 pack of cream
- Salt
Preparation:
Trim the top of the leeks and chop them into small pieces.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Rinse the vegetables and place them in a strainer to drain.
In a pot, melt the butter, then add the chopped leeks and potatoes, sautéing them lightly.
Pour the chicken stock over the vegetables and bring to a boil; meanwhile, adjust the salt. Depending on the desired consistency, you can add more water. Once the soup boils and the vegetables begin to soften, blend the mixture. Return the soup to the pot, add the cream, and heat it for a short while before turning off the heat. You can serve your soup with dill and croutons.
